One bedroom apartment situated halfway down the small cobbled street leading to the slipway at the Burgau Beach. This apartment is newly built (2000) and has all modern appliances — kitchen comes
complete with dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. Open plan breakfast bar incorporates the Lounge area (there is no dining table).

Lounge sofa is large and can be easily transformed into a double bed sleeping 2 people comfortably. Main bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Fully fitted bathroom.
Views of the pretty street towards the beach but no actual terrace.
