Casa Colina is a delightful 4-bedroom Portuguese character house situated
on the popular Rua Fortaleza overlooking the beach, pretty village and
bay of Burgau.

Unspoilt views can be enjoyed from almost all of Casa Colina’s
many terraces and windows. Some of the terraces are completely private
and all have lovely plants, sweet smelling blossom and flowers. Throughout
the day there is always somewhere with constant sunshine or shade and,
as the day draws on, the terraces provide a wonderful setting for watching
sunsets. Casa Colina is close to swimming pool, restaurants and nearby
golf courses. |
This spacious property is divided into two floors:
Ground floor:
-Dining room.
-Kitchen with breakfast table and bar, washing machine, fridge, microwave and
all modern appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicers etc).
- Large enclosed courtyard from kitchen, with a central palm tree, ideal for
outside dining.
-Two bedrooms: 1 large double and 1 single. Both bedrooms open onto a
completely private terrace with table and chairs.
-1 x WC and separate complete shower-room, with walk in shower and toilet.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor:
-Lounge with TV, drinks fridge and two sun terraces- one with a lovely view
of the sea and another overlooking the village the hills beyond.
-Two bedrooms: 1 large master bedroom and 1 bedroom with a single bed and a
double bed.
-Shower-room and toilet.
External stairs from the first floor lead to a private roof terrace with panoramic
views.
Prices are in Euros for the amount of people (PAX) occupying.
Odd days are prorated.
