This spacious brand new Villa (formerly the show villa) is situated on the new Alma Verde resort just outside Burgau, this Resort is famous for it’s new construction with ecological products and the houses are beautifully designed in bungalow style with much elegance and finesse.

Casa Cortica is situated at the far side of the resort in a quiet spot away from where other individual properties

Approached by a driveway leading into a carport, this villa boasts a large fully fitted kitchen complete with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and built in microwave. There is a separate pantry where the washing machine is housed.

Large open plan dining area and lounge with double patio doors opening out onto the pool and gardens. SAT TV and DVD player are amidst comfortable sofas in natural colours.

Following on from the lounge there is a large sunny corridor leading to the bedrooms, the corridor has huge patio doors leading to the sun terrace beside the pool with outside dining furniture huddled within a lovely protected BBQ area.

There are three bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with an ensuite fully fitted bathroom, a further double bedroom with ensuite showeroom and 1 twin bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom, having patio doors leading to the pool area.

Outside there are immaculate gardens and at front of the Villa there is a kidney shaped pool with a feature fountain. Plenty of outside space with ample sunloungers / seating. Parking is in the private driveway or carport.

Immaculate Villa with a fresh, tranquil feeling surrounding it, excellent accommodation for those looking for something a little more remote but within a 5 minute drive to the local village, amenities and beach of Burgau.
