This four bedroom semi detached Villa is a corner plot situated just outside the lively resort of Praia da Luz in a quiet urbanisation called Ponte da Gaivota. This property is deceptfully spacious, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Enjoying spectacular views over the sea and over towards the bay of Praia da Luz, this Villa is only a short walk (along the beachpath) to the village where you will find all the amenities which you may require, such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. A hire car would be an advantage, but we do not feel that it is essential.
